As part of its "Music for the Millennium" series, BBC television
crews were in Dublin on Monday [29 May] to record a major concert featuring
Irish musicians of the past 30 years. The artists ranged from Paul
Brady and the Chieftains through to the Corrs and Boyzone. Each act
performed one of their own hits as well as a cover version of one of
their heroes. This allowed Sinead O'Connor to sing a Rory Gallagher
number. The event was staged in conjunction with Hot Press magazine.

NOTE! As far as we know, it was THERAPY the Belfast grunge rockers who
played a Rory song and not Sinead! This event will be shown on T.V.
